At Konedi, our goal is to make your shopping experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. We are dedicated to ensuring your items arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be handled.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed at our facility in Davenport, Iowa.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 2 – 4 business days for our team to process and pack your order before it leaves our warehouse.
  • Orders are processed during our business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm). Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

  • Coverage: We currently ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).
  • Exclusions: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), or P.O. Boxes.
  • No International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping options.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed (2-4 days), the shipping transit time depends on your location relative to our Davenport, IA warehouse. The total time from order placement to delivery generally falls within 7 – 14 business days (Processing + Shipping).

Please note: These are estimated transit times provided by our carriers. While we work hard to meet these timelines, actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to carrier volume.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier’s system after receiving the email.
  • This is the most accurate way to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Unexpected Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, please keep in mind that there may be circumstances beyond our control that can result in delays. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions.
  • Carrier supply chain disruptions or high holiday volume.
  • Unforeseen production issues.

Konedi cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our facility. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can file a claim and arrange for a replacement.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. If it is still missing, contact our support team.
