At Konedi, your happiness is our top priority! We want you to love what you ordered. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please read the policy below to understand the requirements and steps for a successful return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging.
- Components: The return must include all original spare parts, accessories, manuals, and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Perishable goods.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Note: If items are returned used, altered, damaged, or missing the original packaging, a refund will not be issued, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Defects or Errors: Konedi will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent) or if the item arrived with a quality defect or damage.
- Standard Returns: For returns due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction where there is no defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
3. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to cover the costs of inspecting and repackaging returned items.
- Standard Items: May be subject to a 15% – 25% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer’s requirements.
- Large Freight Items: Orders that were shipped via large freight are subject to a mandatory 25% restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with specific return instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Include Documentation: Place a copy of your original invoice inside the box.
- Label the Package: Write your Order Number clearly and visibly on the outside of the return package.

5. Important Shipping Reminders
- Tracking: For your protection, we strongly recommend sending your return via a prepaid carrier that offers tracking (e.g., UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Please save your receipt and tracking number for proof of return.
- Liability: Konedi is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during the return transit. We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or method of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank to process the transaction.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be shipped only after we have received and inspected the original item. If there is a price difference, you will either be refunded the difference or charged for the new item plus shipping fees.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, immediately.
