Cancellation Policy

At Konedi, we pride ourselves on processing orders efficiently. We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our policy below regarding order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.

  • Standard Orders: Since our processing time is generally 2–4 business days, we strongly recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel.
  • Once Shipped: If you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, the order has already left our facility and cannot be cancelled. At this stage, the order will be treated as a Return (see Section 3).

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

For items that are custom-made (e.g., custom-length rain chains) or personalized:

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, production may have already begun. Cancellations requested after this window may be subject to a 20% material fee or may not be allowed depending on the production stage.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately:

  • Subject Line: Please use “CANCEL ORDER #12345” (Replace with your actual Order ID).

We will attempt to intercept the order before it ships. You will receive an email confirming whether the cancellation was successful.

4. Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You have two options:

  1. Accept the package and follow our Return Policy to send it back. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  2. Refuse the shipment: Please Note: If you refuse delivery of a package, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipping charges assessed by the carrier, and a restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Successful Cancellations: If we successfully cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
