  • If approved within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Processing Time & Limitations

  • After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or prepared for shipment. In such cases, cancellation may not be possible.
  • If the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. However, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations within the 24-hour period are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 8–12 business days, depending on your financial institution.

4. Special & Custom Orders

  • Orders for personalized, custom, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once placed. Please contact our team for clarification.
